Mr. GiaQuinta serves on the FWCS board because, "I believe that there is no more important issue than providing a level of public education that prepares students for a productive life within their families and within their community. I have dedicated my effort as a Board Member to improve the quality of the education offered by FWCS and to eliminate the achievement gap at a high level. I believe that our students' happiness and the strength of our democratic institutions depend upon our ability to succeed in this endeavor. I believe that this can only be achieved by working constructively with the Administration, Teaching Professionals, Parents and Students. I believe that FWCS has accomplished much but that there is much left to do to reach our objectives.

My tenure on the FWCS Board has been the most challenging and most fulfilling of any of my past community activities. I thank the community for giving me the opportunity to serve."

He is married with five children and one grandchild.
